National Association of Christian Ministers Celebrates its 7th Year Anniversary During Resurrection (Easter) Weekend 2016

The leadership of NACM are very excited about this milestone. Exec Elder Mooney reports:

The number 7 holds deep significance in the Bible.  It is a number of divine wholeness.  From the very start we observe 7 days marked the conclusion of God’s expression of creativity.  In 6 days he created his handwork, and rested on the 7th.

There are 7 things which God hates (Pro 6:16).
On the Ark, Noah had 7 clean animals for sacrifice (Gen. 7:2).
The priests were not to sacrifice an animal before it was 7 days old (Ex. 22:30).
Naaman was instructed to dip 7 times in the river Jordan (2 Kings 5:10).
70 x 7 marks a rhetorical completion of forgiveness for grievances in one day (Mat. 8:22).
7 Churches, 7 Letters, 7 Lamp-stands, 7 Spirits, 7 eyes, 7 seven seals (Revelation).

In conclusion, we are excited about all that God is doing in, among, and through us as a ministerial fellowship.  We are learning to hope for much more, because the Lord continues to surpass our expectations!  To every minister out there working among the people, we encourage you to remain strong.  We salute you.  The Lord is faithful!  He will not forget us.  He will reward us for finishing strong!  He will complete his work in us.  He will present us a blameless before the Father.  Thus, let us continue to keep our eyes upon the prize.  Our salvation, our only only confidence, our only hope: Jesus!  He is alive, and coming again!

In the Bible there are a multitude of significant observances of the number 7.  If you are interested in this topic, a member of our fellowship published an article about it here on Patheos.
